§ The Team

Meet the team.

§ Our Story

Olive + Spark started in 2012 with a simple idea: good design begins with understanding.

After more than 30 years in design, We've learned that the best work comes from paying attention—not just to what a business says it needs, but to what it's trying to accomplish and why it matters.

We've worked with corporations, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and organizations of all kinds. Projects differ, but the starting point is often the same: a conversation about where things are now and where they need to go next.

Olive + Spark brings together designers, strategists, and digital specialists when a project calls for different perspectives and expertise.

Together, we create work that is clear, considered, and built around the people it's for.
